Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Traffic Controller with daily operations matters to ensure smooth workflow
- Receive, process, and schedule incoming orders efficiently
- Monitor and update the status of import containers in real-time
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all operations activities and documentation
- Identify and report any operational issues or bottlenecks
- Assist in preparing reports and analyses for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or operations management is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar operations or logistics role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
