Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth analysis of after-sales operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational health.
- Collaborate with the Canada-based team to define operational requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement process optimization strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce response times.
- Monitor customer feedback and complaint data to recommend service quality enhancements.
- Assist in the automation of routine tasks to free up resources for more strategic initiatives.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Customer Support roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
