Join PeopleSearch as the Operations & Client Onboarding Lead for our cutting-edge trading platform. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the end-to-end client onboarding journey, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences. You'll orchestrate KYC processes, collaborate closely with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain regulatory integrity, and optimize operational workflows for maximum efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding processes for trading platform users
- Oversee KYC/AML compliance documentation and verification procedures
- Partner with Risk/Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Develop and implement streamlined operational workflows for client lifecycle management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding bottlenecks
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to onboarding efficiency and client satisfaction
- Train and mentor onboarding specialists to maintain high service standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in client onboarding, operations, or compliance within financial services
- Expertise in KYC/AML regulations and trading platform operations
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization and risk assessment
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and onboarding automation tools
- Knowledge of Singapore's financial regulatory landscape
