Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and external vendors to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor shipment status, track inventory levels, and proactively resolve any operational delays or bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and digital logs for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards to minimize risks.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipment status and logistics services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and operational excellence.
