Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure workflows meet production and delivery schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and internal operational support.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and process essential documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Liaise with transport providers and logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and turnaround times.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all operational documentation.
- Support management with daily reporting and data entry tasks to track operational KPIs.
- Identify process bottlenecks and assist in implementing solutions to improve overall efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least an SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new operational software or processes.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for local site visits or coordination tasks.
