Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including inventory management, shipment tracking, and warehouse activities
- Liaise between suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, documentation, and compliance records
- Resolve operational disruptions and implement corrective actions in real-time
- Collaborate with customs and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis and data-driven recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations or coordination role
- Proficiency in logistics software (ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations and import/export procedures
- Willingness to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang with occasional overtime
