Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to maintain seamless production flow
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships to optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with product development teams to align operational capabilities with product specifications
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets and continuous improvement goals
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational metrics to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or logistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Expertise in supply chain management principles and inventory control systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies and quality standards
