Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service in Mandarin and English to ensure a positive experience for all clients
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks
- Support leadership team with strategic initiatives and project execution
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service protocols and procedures
- Contribute to the growth of our Xiaohongshu education brand through innovative approaches
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant customer service software
- Experience in the education or digital media sector is a plus
