Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in existing operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain internal data dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the design and implementation of automated data collection and reporting systems.
- Clean, transform, and analyze operational data to uncover actionable business insights.
- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and system configurations for team reference.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within operational databases and software tools.
- Contribute to the scaling of internal systems by optimizing data storage and retrieval processes.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of database management (SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Looker Studio).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw data into strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a professional setting.
