- Strategic oversight of Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality departments
- Development and execution of operational excellence frameworks to drive continuous improvement
- Leadership of cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance productivity
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and international quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma)
- Budget management and resource allocation for operational departments
- Stakeholder collaboration with procurement, sales, and finance teams
- Implementation of digital transformation initiatives in operational workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 12 years of operations experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in manufacturing/supply chain optimization
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational analytics
- Strong change management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) highly desirable
- Experience in scaling operations in APAC markets
