Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to improve business performance, brand consistency, and profit margins.
- Oversee daily operations across all business units, ensuring adherence to luxury service standards and safety protocols.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, cost control, labor management, and revenue optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of managers and staff to cultivate a high-performance, hospitality-first culture.
- Optimize supply chain processes and vendor relationships to maintain premium quality while reducing overhead costs.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior management experience within the luxury food and beverage or hospitality sector.
- Proven expertise in multi-unit operations and large-scale project management.
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L management and operational forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to solving complex operational challenges.
