You will oversee multi-unit performance, optimize supply chain efficiency, and mentor a talented team of hospitality professionals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to improve business performance, brand consistency, and profit margins.
  • Oversee daily operations across all business units, ensuring adherence to luxury service standards and safety protocols.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, cost control, labor management, and revenue optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of managers and staff to cultivate a high-performance, hospitality-first culture.
  • Optimize supply chain processes and vendor relationships to maintain premium quality while reducing overhead costs.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of senior management experience within the luxury food and beverage or hospitality sector.
  • Proven expertise in multi-unit operations and large-scale project management.
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L management and operational forecasting.
