Tanggung Jawab
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity
- Analyze production workflows to identify optimization opportunities and implement process enhancements
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product specifications are consistently met
- Manage inventory control systems to minimize waste and ensure material availability
- Train production staff on new processes and operational best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or process engineering
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab) and process mapping
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is highly desirable
- Experience with wire and cable manufacturing processes preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to operational details
