Air Liquide is looking for a Operations Engineer to lead and manage our production facilities in Northern Malaysia. This role is critical in overseeing APSA Onsite and TGM (Total Gas Management) operations, ensuring that our production goals are met with the highest standards of safety and efficiency. As the Operations Engineer, you will act as the primary point of contact for facility management, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring strict compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations at assigned production facilities, including APSA Onsite and TGM.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and local regulations.
- Oversee maintenance activities and coordinate with technical teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis for operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Supervise and mentor operational staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plant operations or process engineering.
- Strong understanding of industrial gas production processes and safety standards.
- Proven track record of managing teams and leading operational projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using SCADA systems and maintenance management tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Kedah region.
