Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes in biopharmaceutical facilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control procedures
- Implement and maintain efficient operational systems and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements
- Experience with process optimization and quality control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Singapore citizenship (as required for this position)
