Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations of data center critical infrastructure, including power systems (UPS, Generators) and cooling (CRAC/CRAH units).
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum uptime and system performance.
- Perform root cause analysis for any facility incidents and implement long-term corrective solutions.
- Monitor environmental sensors and security systems to maintain optimal conditions for hardware performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for facility upgrades and infrastructure expansion projects.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
- Manage capacity planning, including rack space utilization, power distribution, and cabling infrastructure.
- Support 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to critical facility-related alerts and emergencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data center operations or critical facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems within a data center environment.
- Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) and DCIM tools for infrastructure monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to handle complex technical issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Certifications such as CDCP, Uptime Institute credentials, or professional engineering licenses are highly preferred.
- Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and vendor relationships.
