Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the engineering team in monitoring production lines to ensure operational efficiency and output quality.
- Support the execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols on the manufacturing floor.
- Participate in data collection and analysis for equipment performance and process improvement projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and progress reports for engineering tasks.
- Support the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and 5S initiatives within the department.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of production testing equipment and tooling.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and technical reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in shift patterns as required by production schedules.
