Prima Nusantara Enterprises is looking for a dedicated Operations Excellence (Auditor) to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our company standards by ensuring that every operational procedure is followed efficiently and effectively.
You will serve as the eyes and ears of the organization, identifying bottlenecks, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement across our retail and consumer product operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, communicative, and committed to operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular operational audits to ensure full compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify operational inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, risk assessments, and compliance status for management review.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to implement corrective actions and follow up on audit findings.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective measures to prevent the recurrence of issues.
- Maintain documentation standards and ensure that all internal audit processes are aligned with company objectives.
- Support leadership in evaluating operational performance metrics and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit, operational excellence, or quality assurance (experience in retail is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in SOP development and process auditing techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various business units.
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and professional skepticism.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Medan area as required by audit schedules.
