- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and OPEX methodologies
- Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and develop data-driven optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure sustainability
- Drive standardization of operational procedures and best practices across global facilities
- Conduct training workshops to build operational excellence capabilities within the organization
- Monitor KPIs and report on the impact of improvement initiatives
- Support quality management systems and compliance with industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in operations excellence or process improvement
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Experience with process mapping, statistical analysis, and project management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and manufacturing processes
