Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance metrics
- Assist in data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events
- Document standard operating procedures and process maps
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance improvement reports
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Experience with process mapping methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous internship or project experience in operations preferred
