Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in last mile delivery processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement process enhancements and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams across logistics, warehouse, and customer service to streamline operations.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational health.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support for operational changes.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on project progress and outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).
- Proven project management experience with ability to lead initiatives.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of last mile logistics and e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
