In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of change, bridging the gap between strategic project planning and tactical warehouse execution.
You will play a critical role in enhancing our operational footprint by conducting rigorous cost-benefit analyses of our current warehouse workflows. The ideal candidate will identify bottlenecks, implement lean methodologies, and lead cross-functional projects to ensure our logistics services exceed industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project planning for new warehouse and logistics initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analysis of existing warehouse operations and internal processes.
- Identify, document, and eliminate operational bottlenecks to improve throughput and service levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse management teams to implement standardized operational procedures (SOPs).
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics within the 3PL environment.
- Prepare executive reports detailing project progress, operational savings, and efficiency gains.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 3PL operations or warehouse management.
- Proven track record in project management and process improvement (Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, WMS, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of logistics cost structures and supply chain optimization strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
