Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement process optimization frameworks for SCommerce operations
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain and fulfillment efficiency
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-backed decisions
- Develop and maintain operational excellence standards across business units
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate operational insights into platform enhancements
- Train and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement principles
- Monitor industry best practices and emerging technologies to maintain operational competitiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations excellence, process improvement, or logistics
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI)
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with focus on root cause analysis
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations and consumer behavior trends
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
