Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the SPX Express network.
- Design, execute, and monitor operational excellence projects aimed at optimizing logistics workflows and reducing delivery lead times.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Customer Service, and Product to ensure alignment and seamless project implementation.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to track project success and communicate insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular site visits and process audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Facilitate training sessions for operational staff to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or logistics analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery operations is a strong advantage.
