We are currently seeking a highly analytical and driven Operations Excellence Specialist to join our SPX Express logistics team. This is a crucial role dedicated to optimizing our last-mile delivery network and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our regional operational efficiency. You will be tasked with identifying critical operational gaps, enforcing stringent compliance standards, and executing targeted interventions across the Zamboanga, Sulu, and Basilan regions. Your goal is to streamline our supply chain processes, improve delivery success rates, and empower our local logistics partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify operational bottlenecks and gaps within the last-mile delivery network across assigned regions.
- Enforce strict compliance standards across logistics hubs, drop-off points, and third-party partner stations.
- Execute targeted, data-driven interventions to improve delivery success rates and overall operational KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with local hub managers, sorters, and third-party logistics providers to resolve daily operational issues.
- Monitor daily operational metrics, track performance trends, and generate comprehensive performance reports for management.
- Conduct regular site audits, quality checks, and hands-on training for operational staff and partners.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance regional productivity and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Zamboanga, Sulu, and Basilan regions.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with local geography and logistics infrastructure in the Zamboanga Peninsula is a strong advantage.
