- Manage and coordinate import/export operations for container shipments across global markets
- Oversee documentation processes, including customs clearance and regulatory compliance
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics processes
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare regular operational reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or international trade
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks
