- Support daily operations coordination to ensure seamless workflow and resource utilization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards across all operational activities
- Collaborate with logistics, production, and quality teams to resolve operational challenges
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, including process maps and performance reports
- Implement sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact while maintaining productivity
- Analyze operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing, logistics, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
- Proficiency in compliance frameworks and safety management systems
- Experience with ERP/MES systems and operational analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Cross-functional collaboration experience in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Supply Chain Operations or related field preferred
