You will monitor daily activities, enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and coordinate tenant onboarding processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily food court operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Implement and maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate tenant openings and onboarding processes
- Monitor inventory and operational efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance checks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Operations Management
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or hospitality operations
- Strong knowledge of SOP implementation and compliance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
