Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate bunker delivery schedules and vessel port operations
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and shipping agents to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor compliance with maritime safety and environmental regulations
- Optimize logistics workflows to reduce operational costs and delays
- Prepare detailed reports on delivery performance and operational metrics
- Resolve operational disruptions through proactive problem-solving
- Support sustainability initiatives in bunker fuel management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Maritime Operations
- Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping, energy, or logistics operations
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of bunker fuel specifications and maritime protocols
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
- Fluency in English with additional language skills a plus
