Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Implement and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
