Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and tenders in competitive logistics markets
- Conceptualize, implement, and optimize operational work plans and procedures
- Follow up on shipment execution, documentation, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure service compliance
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Monitor compliance with transportation regulations and industry standards
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or freight forwarding
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and documentation procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to operational details
- Valid Malaysian driving license (preferred for site visits)
