Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with company standards.
- Manage, monitor, and provide support to field workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Utilize our internal tech-powered platform to track job progress and generate operational reports.
- Troubleshoot real-time operational issues and implement prompt, effective solutions.
- Facilitate communication between the management team and ground personnel to ensure clear expectations.
- Monitor performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
- Maintain compliance with safety and service protocols across all operational activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or field management.
- Strong proficiency in using digital management tools and productivity software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-evolving tech-driven environment.
