Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire freight management lifecycle, from booking to final delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and documentation standards.
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide real-time updates to clients.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory movements.
- Resolve operational issues and address customer inquiries promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or transport operations.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
