Arty Learning is looking for a high-caliber Operations Executive to serve as our 'Command & Control' center. As we expand our educational footprint, the Directors require a proactive and detail-oriented professional to streamline our daily workflows and drive operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our educational programs run smoothly, managing complex logistics, and supporting key decision-making processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing organization where your organizational skills will directly influence our success and the quality of service we provide to our students.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless execution of company objectives and educational programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational coordination between departments, staff, and external vendors.
  • Manage and optimize administrative workflows, including scheduling, resource allocation, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports and analytics to the Directors to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local educational regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of operational staff to support scaling efforts.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree holder in any discipline, with a preference for candidates with a background in Education, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably within the Education or Training industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex schedules and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM software is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilient and adaptable mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
