Tanggung Jawab
- Shipment Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and optimal route planning.
- Customs Clearance: Manage and follow up on all customs documentation and clearance procedures to prevent delays and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate operational records, including packing lists, invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, providing timely updates and resolving any inquiries or issues.
- Internal Collaboration: Liaise closely with warehouse teams, transport providers, and sales departments to align on delivery schedules and operational goals.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks or errors, implementing effective solutions to minimize operational downtime.
- Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring stock levels and ensuring that operational data reflects accurate inventory movements.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight forwarding, and customs regulations (JKDM/Kastam).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
