- Coordinate end-to-end freight operations including documentation, tracking, and delivery verification
- Manage client communications regarding shipment status, timelines, and compliance requirements
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce processing times
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for seamless cargo handling
- Resolve operational disruptions through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare performance reports and KPIs for continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in freight operations or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Knowledge of Singaporean customs regulations and freight documentation
