Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate confinement lady assignments and client bookings to ensure service availability
- Oversee daily operations of confinement care services including quality control
- Manage client relationships and address service inquiries or concerns
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new confinement care clients
- Generate leads through digital marketing, referrals, and community outreach
- Prepare monthly sales reports and operational performance metrics
- Collaborate with healthcare partners to expand service offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years in customer service/sales
- Experience in healthcare, childcare, or confinement care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office applications
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Certification in first aid or maternal care advantageous
- Results-oriented with proven sales track record
