Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of container logistics, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, manifests, and customs declarations with accuracy.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, shipping lines, hauliers, depots, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor container movements and proactively identify and resolve operational discrepancies or delays.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Generate operational reports and maintain accurate records for analysis and performance tracking.
- Assist in optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in container operations, freight forwarding, or shipping logistics.
- Solid understanding of container types, shipping documentation, and port operations.
- Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with shipping software systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
