Tanggung Jawab
- Process cruise and leisure travel bookings accurately and efficiently using internal reservation systems.
- Liaise with international cruise lines, hotels, and ground operators to secure reservations and confirm travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and distribute comprehensive travel itineraries, vouchers, and necessary pre-travel documentation to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, handling special requests, and resolving travel-related issues promptly.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality control standards for all cruise and leisure products.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless handovers and client satisfaction.
- Support the daily administrative operations of the leisure department and assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship or part-time experience in the travel sector is a plus.
- Strong passion for the travel industry, particularly within the cruise and leisure segments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
