In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind the efficient management of daily operations, manpower, and resources. You will ensure that our facility runs smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Operations Manager in the overall planning and execution of daily dormitory operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate work schedules for operational staff, optimizing manpower allocation.
  • Conduct regular premises inspections to ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
  • Oversee work orders, service requests, and coordinate with external vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Compile and prepare operational reports, incident reports, and documentation for management review.
  • Enforce dormitory rules and regulations, fostering a safe and harmonious living environment for residents.
  • Support budget planning, inventory management, and procurement of essential operational supplies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for resident feedback, queries, and emergency response coordination.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, or property management.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with operational reporting tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated resilience and composure in stressful or emergency situations.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts or be on standby as required by operational needs.
