Are you an experienced operations professional with a knack for fleet management? PS Energy, a leading name in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry, is looking for an Operations Executive to join our team remotely. This work-from-home position offers you the flexibility to manage our fleet operations from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of our success.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that all order deliveries are executed smoothly, office administrative tasks are handled efficiently, and customer service standards are exceeded. You will also take charge of preparing and assessing the department budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity.
Your day-to-day may include coordinating with drivers to optimize delivery routes, resolving any logistical issues, maintaining records, and generating performance reports. We value proactive problem-solvers who can work independently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily fleet operations, including order deliveries and scheduling to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Oversee office administration tasks such as document management, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and assess the department budget; monitor expenses and recommend cost-efficiency measures.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics processes.
- Maintain fleet records, including vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance documentation.
- Generate operational reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or operations.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with fleet management software.
- Analytical mindset with budget management experience.
- Knowledge of Kuala Lumpur geography for route planning is a plus.
