You will ensure that cargo moves efficiently from point of origin to final destination, handling all necessary documentation and communications with stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end freight forwarding operations for air and sea shipments.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and Customs declarations.
- Liaise effectively with overseas agents, carriers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely cargo transit.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status, schedules, and operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks or shipment delays to maintain service standards.
- Maintain accurate data entries in the Freight Management System (FMS).
- Ensure compliance with local trade regulations and safety standards at all times.
- Assist in preparing operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and incoterms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
- Willingness to be based at Loyang.
