Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Fresh Division to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to minimize shrinkage and waste.
- Ensure compliance with strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce.
- Manage and train floor staff to uphold superior customer service standards.
- Maintain optimal visual merchandising standards to drive sales performance.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the fresh food or grocery sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong commitment to food safety protocols and workplace health and safety.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
