Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily crane and heavy machinery deployment schedules across client sites
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and arrange preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices
- Manage inventory and logistics for spare parts and operational supplies
- Prepare detailed operational reports and performance analytics
- Liaise with clients to address equipment requirements and service concerns
- Train junior staff on equipment operation protocols
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in heavy machinery operations
- Certification in crane operations or related safety training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational details
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Valid forklift license would be advantageous
