Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods.
- Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels, conducting regular stock takes and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and internal transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure strict adherence to cold-chain integrity, quality standards, and food safety regulations.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track shipments, analyze data, and generate daily/weekly operational reports.
- Identify bottlenecks in the logistics workflow and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with WSH guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or FMCG environments.
- Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts if required.
