Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to oversee picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
- Liaise with shipping carriers to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and resolve logistics issues.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting regular stock reconciliation.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding order status, delays, or discrepancies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or warehouse management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines consistently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Relevant certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is a plus.
