Woodlands Transport Service (WTS Travel & Tours) is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Overland Products & Operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our ground transportation and tour services, ensuring that our overland products are executed with precision and excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee daily overland tour operations to ensure timely service delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor transport schedules and troubleshoot any unforeseen operational disruptions.
- Manage booking systems and ensure accurate documentation for all travel manifests.
- Analyze operational performance and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Handle documentation and compliance requirements related to cross-border transport.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in transport, hospitality, or travel operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by travel industry demands.
