In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our production workflows, ensuring high-quality output of high-performance polymer materials, and coordinating effectively between logistics and manufacturing teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory levels for raw polymer materials.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control measures in compliance with international engineering standards.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to enhance output.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance and operational costs for management review.
- Ensure a safe working environment by strictly enforcing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to resolve operational disruptions and technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production or operations role, ideally within the plastics or chemical industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
