As an Operations Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for guard deployment and on-site operational efficiency. You will be tasked with monitoring field activities, managing incident reporting, and ensuring that our security personnel adhere to the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee daily security guard deployments across various client sites.
- Monitor field operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare, review, and submit detailed operational reports for management and client review.
- Act as the primary liaison between security personnel and management to resolve onsite issues.
- Assist in the scheduling and rostering of security staff to ensure optimal coverage.
- Maintain and update inventory records for security equipment and uniforms.
- Participate in periodic site inspections to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
- Provide prompt support during emergency situations or unplanned operational disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Management, Logistics, Security Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or security management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong organizational, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by operational demands.
- Knowledge of security industry regulations and local safety standards is an advantage.
