Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule daily transport movements and delivery routes effectively.
- Liaise with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare necessary documentation for transport.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery logs, transport costs, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Address any transportation delays or issues promptly to minimize impact on operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during transport operations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in transport operations or logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class 3/3B) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
