Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end fulfillment operations to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Analyze operational workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve logistics challenges.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and generate comprehensive operational reports.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and fulfillment status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all operations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
